I got an adjustment Thursday. Since then my diet has mainly been Greek yogurt, string cheese, and cottage cheese. I'm running and exercising more than ever in my life.

So how did I gain 1.2 pounds this week?!?!


  1. Don't sweat it! Just a bit of muscle and it will pay off by giving you 2-3 weeks of loss. just hang in there!

    (That is so much easier to say than to believe when it's happening to yourself!!! Uggg)
