Weigh in Wednesday...no change

Wow... my band is tight, I've worked out more this week, and I've been on a liquid diet for two straight days (430 calories Monday, 550 calories yesterday), and still the number on the scale is EXACTLY the same this morning as it was last Wednesday morning.  WTF!

I guess this just goes to show that alcohol is not good for weight loss.  UGH!  I'm so frustrated.

I did see a lower number on the scale on Monday (by 3 pounds) but I'm only counting the weight I see every Wednesday morning because I am obsessive about weighing myself and would go crazy trying to count weight loss every time I weigh myself.  Literally, I know I shouldn't, but I weigh myself AT LEAST 6 times a day.

I thought I was going to reveal my weight this week, but I'm a bit down after maintaining this week.  Stay tuned for next week if you're curious.  I think my drunk self told my friends Sunday night anyway, haha.

  1. I weigh myself a ton daily too. I was told that eating so little calories could put your body into starvation mode and that stalls weight loss. My doctor wants to see me eat 1200 - 1400 calories a day but I just cant. A good day for me sits around 800 - 1000 calories. Maybe if you try to get a few more calories in there it will break your stall? Good Luck! You are doing really great!

  2. Don't worry, alcohol gain is normally short lived bloating. You will rock next Wednesday. If I eat about 1000 cal./day I lose the most consistently. You may have to monkey around to find your magic number. More than that and weight loss is slow, less than 800 and it is also slooooow.

  3. Chin up girly~ I get a little crazy with the flat chested whore (the scale) too and only count my weigh-ins on Wednesday. When you are ready to reveal your weight, we'll be ready to listen:) Until then, I'd consider eating a few more calories-- mess around with it until you find your spot!
