5 weeks in

I keep writing something and deleting it.  I've done this 3x so I'm just going to make this short and simple.  A number for accountability sake, and because I often forget where I was last week or the week before.  I thought I hadn't lost any weight since my last post, but looking back, I see that I have.

I'm 15.8 pounds down since beginning this reset (-126.4 from highest weight).
